Welcome to our home! Five blocks from the beach on a private, half-acre lot, and just a one block from all the restaurants and bars in La Jolla Shores. We're looking for a spring/summer tenant to fill our primary residence with lots of love while we're away on some planned travel. The home lives great, with 4 bedrooms, two separate living rooms and a big dining room, plus a massive backyard, saltwater pool, grill + outdoor dining, jacuzzi / infrared sauna / cold plunge / heated outdoor shower, trampoline, huge sandbox and parking for all. We have two young kids who tear through the place day to day, and we're especially welcoming of families - we have a crib, a play area with indoor jungle gym, and we can leave some toys or other baby/kids necessities. House rules are the same as you'd find on a short term rental: no large gatherings or wild parties, no loud music, no smoking. Basically, no destroying the place or being a nuisance to our friendly neighbors. For pets - case by case.
